In the second part of my life I became fascinated by the prehistoric monuments ruined and largely disregarded across the moors and hills. This led me to the only obvious explanation for their locations – their link with the sky. I studied archaeology and later did a further degree in ancient astronomy and astrology. These poems reflect some of my experiences as an amateur archaeoastronomer.
